Strategic Planning Conference 2002

For the seventh consecutive year, representatives from the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court met to re-evaluate the Circuit’s goals and to develop innovative, cost-effective ways for improving service. Participants from the Judiciary, Court Administration and Orange and Osceola County Clerk of Court Offices met in Palm Coast, Florida in April to focus on division specific and circuit-wide topics.

This year’s conference had several special guests, including Florida Supreme Court Justice Harry Lee Anstead, State Court Administrator Robin Lubitz, Timm Fautsko from the National Center for State Courts, Chief Judge Kevin Burke of Hennepin County District Court in Minnesota, Attorney Deborah S.
